Who we are

Fresco Greenovations (“Fresco”, “we”, “us”) is a smart-farming technology startup based in Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we handle it, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

• Contact form — your name, email address, subject, and message when you reach out to us.
• Join the Movement form — your name, email address, and the way you would like to get involved.
• Demo bookings — handled by Calendly on their platform when you schedule a demo with us.
• Orders — product orders are currently processed on our order site (order.fresco.ph), which collects the details needed to fulfil your order, such as your name, delivery address, contact number, and payment reference.

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How we use your data

We use the information you send us only to respond to your inquiries, coordinate your involvement with Fresco, schedule demos, and fulfil orders. We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms, and demo scheduling is handled by Calendly. These providers process your data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Retention and security

We keep messages and order records only for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or accounting requirements, after which they are deleted. Access to your data is limited to the Fresco team members who need it.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to its processing, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
